I couldn't be more pleased with both the product quality and customer service at Streamlight®. After thirteen years, the switch on my Survivor® light started failing, and not only did the crew at Streamlight fix the switch, they upgraded the circuit board with next-gen LED, installed a new reflector assembly and the new style clip, all for no charge.
