Through a year-long process, our department evaluated a number of different brands and styles of lights. We settled on the Survivor® over the many other brands for personal issue. Durability and battery life have been amazing. We've not had a single light fail since they have been in service. Each of our seating positions in all our apparatus has a mounted Vulcan® light as well. We've had them in service for a number of years and during all that time we've not had a light or charger or any component fail. Bulletproof product!
