Streamlight® Rolls Out Line of Camouflage Lights, Other New Products at SHOT Show Against the backdrop of the 2009 SHOT Show, the world's largest trade show for law enforcement, shooting, hunting and outdoor products, Streamlight unveiled more than 10 major new products, including an extensive line of flashlights and headlamps with camouflage finishes. The show, held January 15-18 in Orlando, drew more than 25,000 attendees. Among the show highlights was the introduction of Streamlight's Buckmasters®-branded, REALTREE HARDWOODS® camouflage flashlights and headlamps, each of which is available in two finishes, the REALTREE HARDWOODS Green High Definition (HD)® and the REALTREE HARDWOODS® BLAZE™. The new products include: the Buckmasters® PackMate™, featuring two levels of C4® power LED technology and high and low night vision green LED settings; the Buckmasters® Trident HP® LED Headlamp, with a power LED and versatile, three-way lighting; and the Buckmasters® Stylus Pro® LED penlight, with an Ultra-Bright Green LED that won't spook game. Each features the prestigious Buckmasters logo. Streamlight also rolled out a fourth product available in the REALTREE HARDWOODS® BLAZE™ pattern, the Enduro® LED, featuring a clip that attaches to the brim of a hat, lapel or car visor. The light offers both high and low mode settings, and a safety green LED. The company also premiered several new products designed for the tactical, law enforcement and military markets at the show. Among the new offerings are: The Streamlight PolyTac®, featuring a high-performance Xenon bulb, and the Streamlight PolyTac® LED with a C4 power LED. The company's first polymer tactical lights, both products feature a tough polymer casing and offer high light output. The weapons-mountable Strion® LED, also featuring a C4 LED, offers three microprocessor-controlled variable light intensity modes, ranging from 8,800 candela peak beam intensity and 160 lumens measured system output to 2,300 candela peak beam intensity and 40 lumens. The light also features a strobe function. The PolyStinger® LED and PolyStinger DS™ LED rechargeable, polymer flashlights that provide exceptional brightness and durability with a C4 LED. They feature three controlled variable intensity modes, ranging from 24,000 candela peak beam intensity and 185 lumens of measured system output to 6,000 candela peak beam intensity and 50 lumens of measured system output. A strobe mode is included, and the PolyStinger® DS LED adds a tailcap switch. "The SHOT show helps build momentum and jump starts sales in these key market segments," said Streamlight Vice President of Sales Brian Correia.
